2. DATA SOURCE (HOW DO WE OBTAIN IT?)
The personal data we process at adsCalling may come from two distinct sources:
- Direct Collection: When the user registers directly in our own promotions, raffles, or web forms.
- Indirect Collection (Third Parties): When data is communicated to us by collaborating companies (Editors or "Publishers", such as Nexa Digital Solutions LLC) that have previously obtained the user's express and informed consent for the transfer of their data to multi-sector marketing companies. In this case, adsCalling acts as an independent Data Controller from the moment it receives the data.
